Hatch your own from text or an image on the Hatch page, or pick a ready-made one in the Gallery.

Grab spritesheet.webp and pet.json from the result/detail page (online hatch also gives a one-line install command).

Put both files in ~/.codex/pets/<name>/, or just paste the provided command to do it in one go.

Restart Codex, then pick your pet under Settings → Appearance → Pets.
