Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with CliPets. This policy explains when and how you can get a refund.
1. 7-day refund on unused credits
Unused priority credits are fully refundable within 7 days of purchase — no reason needed. Just email us and we'll refund the unused credits to your original payment method.
2. Used credits
A credit is “used” once it successfully generates a pet — at that point the digital good has been delivered, so used credits are generally non-refundable. If a generation failed, looked broken, or something clearly went wrong, contact us within 7 days and we'll review it and refund or re-credit on a case-by-case basis.
3. Failed hatches are auto-refunded
If a hatch fails for a technical reason, the system automatically returns the credit (or free quota) to you — you don't need to ask.
4. Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time; it stops at the end of the current billing period and won't renew. If you were charged within the last 7 days and have not made substantial use of the plan, email us and we'll refund that charge.
5. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from (or mentioning) the address on your account, with the approximate purchase date. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe and may take a few days to appear.
